Hi Honford,

I forgot to tell you that the 8051 development board mtb05 has a reference book come with it.

It is the best book that I ever seen in the market.

The book comes with a CD with many useful information for developing 8051 project.

However, all the experiment programs are written in assembly language. if you would

like to learn 8051assembly language, this is the book that you must have.

Since I am interested in C language, I am trying to rewrite all those experiment programs

using Keil C language and I already completed around 60% of it and tested successfully

using mtb05 & mtb06.

Attached please find my working for one of the experiments(e2901) on 5x7 dot matrix LED.

Hi Eddy,

you mean the price of $6xx and $3xx is included the manual book?  So you have two boards?  Just for my curiosity, why you bought two boards?

Hi Honford,

Only mtb05 come with the reference book while mtb06 doesn't.

You can also buy this book individually or in other bookshop.

There are some different functionalities between these two boards.

I bought mtb05 when I was taken the 8051 beginer's course some years ago.

Later, I bought mtb06 when I was taken the 8051 c language course.

Beside these two boards, I also bought the kmk Smart Electronic kit

as I am interested in these field and so I always buy different products to try.
